Helena Seelinger, Director of the NACE Foundation, has been with NACE International 20 years and in early 2006 became the Director of the 3-year-old NACE Foundation. Helena has served in numerous capacities at NACE, including Director of Technical Activities, Director of Education, and Director of Public Affairs. In the NACE Education Division, her successful focus was to widening access to NACE training and as a result, education courses experienced a 34% increase in enrollment, particularly internationally. She looks forward to the challenges and rewards of now working with K-12 and university students to advance corrosion education at the pre-career stages.

Ms. Seelinger received her Bachelors degree in international relations from the Michigan State University in 1986 and her MBA in 2000 from the University of Houston.
