Tony Keane, CAE, is Executive Director for NACE International. He leads a staff of over 60 at the Association's Headquarters in Houston, Texas. Formerly of the Optical Society of America (OSA) and the Construction Specifications Institute (CSI), Keane has significant not-for-profit association experience. Keane served as the Chief Operating Officer of the Optical Society of America in Washington, D.C. and at CSI he was the Deputy Executive Director.

Keane is familiar with the workings of member-driven societies and has a well-established history of helping organizations fulfill their missions, objectives and strategies. Past positions for Keane have provided a broad range of experience, from accounting to business management. Keane holds a BBA in Accounting and Management from the University of Cincinnati, and is a certified association executive (CAE).
