Introduction to Scholarship Programs |
|
Over the last few years, there has been a notable trend in the decline of students focusing on degrees in the field of science, engineering and math. Consequently, there are fewer students entering into the corrosion workforce. This has raised a certain degree of concern throughout the global corrosion community. In response to this, The NACE Foundation has placed special emphasis on recruitment, education and career selection of students, through the redesign of our scholarship programs. In an effort to reach a vast audience of students, geographic locations and academic interests, we now offer several types of scholarships, internships and travel assistance. Each program has its own set of requirements, but they all have one thing in common . . . they are targeted at reaching the best and brightest students interested in pursuing a career in the corrosion industry. Good luck to all our applicants! |
