The Northern Area made NACE history by becoming the first to achieve the Foundation Lifetime Giving Level, Founder, by donating $25,000. The donation to the Foundation was in recognition of all former and incoming NACE International Presidents from Canada:

• H.A. Webster (1975-76)
• D.A. Dutton (1981-82)
• J.D. Trim (1988-89)
• W.B. Holtsbaum (1995-96)
