2010 Travel Assistance Recipients
|
Each year the NACE Foundation allocates a minimum of $10,000 to help fund student travel to the NACE Annual Conference.
The NACE Foundation Board of Directors has made this travel assistance available to support NACE Foundation scholarship recipients and students presenting in the Student Poster Session during the NACE Annual Conference, held each year in March.
The maximum amount that may be allocated per applicant is $300.
Travel assistance recipients will be announced in mid February to allow students ample time to make travel plans.
Travel Assistance certificates for Student Poster Session presenters will be awarded at the SPS orientation lunch on Monday during the Annual Conference. Travel Assistance certificates for NACE Foundation scholarship recipients will be presented at the Scholarship Awards Ceremony held during the Foundation's evening event on Tuesday during the Annual Conference. Students must be present to receive their certificates. Certificates must be redeemed in person, with photo identification, at Registration on Wednesday during the Annual Conference. Specific times for redemption will be indicated on the certificate.
In order to be eligible, students must fill out and return the application to the NACE Foundation prior to February 1. Applicants must be a NACE Foundation scholarship recipient or a registered presenter in the Student Poster Session.
