NACE Foundation |
The NACE Foundation is the only organization dedicated to preparing the new generation of corrosion engineers and professionals. We are committed to resolving the corrosion epidemic by investing in scholarships, training and workforce development.
A trend over the last few years has been the notable decline in students pursuing the fields of science and engineering. To address this disquieting development, the NACE Foundation offers scholarships to students from varying background and academic interests, giving them a chance to pursue a corrosion education.
We are committed to exciting the younger generation about career opportunities in corrosion science. We provide a number of programs directed toward encouraging individuals, particularly high school age students, to engage in the field. We offer tools to help prepare every student for a comprehensive career in corrosion and open doors to job stability and greater earning potential.
The NACE Foundation is also committed to helping teachers by providing them a unique platform for introducing math, science and technology to their students. Week-long summer camps for high school teachers and hands-on lab experiments are examples of new ways teachers are inspiring their students and engaging them in the sciences.
I’m excited about the endless opportunities the NACE Foundation can and will continue to pursue in order to bring corrosion science and corrosion professions to the forefront. We look forward to the challenge and thank you for your support.
Sincerely,

Manny Mones
